Welcome to the world of blogging. I am looking forward to exploring new literacies and this new forum together over the semester. I am excited to learn new ways to incorporate the Internet and technology in general into my classroom. I teach a wonderful group of 24 5th grade students who I am sure would love this! Hey Kelli! This is Betty and I teach 6th grade Language Arts here in wonderful New Britain. My kids are a handful but really make my day. I too am really excited to be learning about all this technology but a bit nervous, too.

Well, this is going to be a new era for me with learning about new literacies and technology. It is amazing the things available to us and our students. I hope this will be a lot of fun.
